Really enjoyed this course, Helen was extremely knowledgeable and a very engaging presenter. The second half felt a little rushed and I noticed there were a few pages in the workbook which we didn't cover, felt like we could have had a whole day and not run out of interesting ground to cover! The passion that Helen has is so infectious, it really made me want to learn, share experiences and learn more. I came out the session and asked my manager if i could attend one of Helens full days sessions as i really felt there was so much more we could have learnt had the session been full day.

Helen was fantastic, extremely passionate and knowledgeable from a personal perspective as well as professional. She was very engaging and encouraged participation and although a lot of the material is what I currently use day to day, Helen had an interesting way of seeing things from different and unusual perspectives and gave a lot of food for thought. Really enjoyed the course and would definitely recommend more colleagues attend in the future. I also liked the touch of having fidget thingies on the desk.

Helen was a very engaging trainer who is clearly very passionate about the subject. She brought her enthusiasm to the day and managed to cover lots of ground in a short space of time (half day). I would definitely recommend Helen and/or have her back in the future for another session!

The training was well organized and very helpful. I believe this should be made mandatory based on the present statistics relating to Mental Health & Suicide related deaths
