I feel much more confident and informed to deal with any situation around the the subjects covered. Also the content and level of information was just right and how it was delivered was excellent.

the course was engaging and its great to have a framework to fall back on when dealing with these types of conversations. the only recommendation i could make it breaking up the course a bit more as its a three and a half course sessions with ten-ish minutes breaks every 80 minutes or so. i feel it would be easier to take in if the segments were shorter with slightly longer breaks. other than though the course was engaging and i think there was a lot of good points made on my session.

Really enjoyed this course, Helen was extremely knowledgeable and a very engaging presenter. The second half felt a little rushed and I noticed there were a few pages in the workbook which we didn't cover, felt like we could have had a whole day and not run out of interesting ground to cover! Thanks Helen.

The passion that Helen has is so infectious, it really made me want to learn, share experiences and learn more. I came out the session and asked my manager if i could attend one of Helens full days sessions as i really felt there was so much more we could have learnt had the session been full day.

Helen was fantastic, extremely passionate and knowledgeable from a personal perspective as well as professional. She was very engaging and encouraged participation and although a lot of the material is what I currently use day to day, Helen had an interesting way of seeing things from different and unusual perspectives and gave a lot of food for thought. Really enjoyed the course and would definitely recommend more colleagues attend in the future. I also liked the touch of having fidget thingies on the desk.

Helen was a very engaging trainer who is clearly very passionate about the subject. She brought her enthusiasm to the day and managed to cover lots of ground in a short space of time (half day). I would definitely recommend Helen and/or have her back in the future for another session!
