Fantastic thought-provoking course tailored to the need of our organisation and the work we undertake. Having attended a few courses on similar topics before, this course delivered by Helen and Jasbinder superseded all my expectations. It was clear to see from the outset that both trainers are truly passionate about the topics covered, which further added to the overall enjoyment of the course. This training session was absolutely brilliant. Jasbinder and Helen were excellent trainers and the session was really informative. I thought the fidget gadgets on the tables were a great idea and we all made the most of them. The session was a safe space to share our thoughts and experiences.

The course was very insightful and I feel more confident knowing that my team who are dealing with front line calls and emails, are more equipped with the conversational tools and signposting to deal with these difficult situations. I would have liked more breakout rooms, to engage with the team, provide more opportunity to sense check how they are all handling the course as it is an emotive subject.
