Although, I am not a customer facing member of staff, I found the course really engaging , it certainly gave me the tools and confidence to use some of the techniques discussed in the session, to help customers/ colleagues & people in general, to achieve the best possible results. the course was engaging and its great to have a framework to fall back on when dealing with these types of conversations. the only recommendation i could make it breaking up the course a bit more as its a three and a half course sessions with ten-ish minutes breaks every 80 minutes or so. i feel it would be easier to take in if the segments were shorter with slightly longer breaks. other than though the course was engaging and i think there was a lot of good points made on my session.
