This was an excellent refresher course for me as I have completed previous courses relating to the subject. However the latest statistics were extremely interesting and the views shared by colleagues was also enlightening. Well Done Helen.

Apologies for the delay in coming back to you. The training was sensitively delivered and i felt supported during the morning. There were a lot of things discussed which really helped me think about how our training should be approached. Sometimes it can be stating the obvious which has an impact on colleagues attending the training and when we think we deal with a certain type of bereavement on a regular basis and this is challenged by the obvious fact that we don't know the circumstances behind anyone's death this can be quite powerful. I felt that the group all responded to this in a similar way. I really found it useful to discuss leverage vs non-leverage disclosure and feel this will have a strong impact on our colleagues so that they feel confident to respond appropriately. I also thought the circle of control was a great way for me to visualise self care. The resources provided were really detailed and very informative, the signposting had more information than we currently have so that will be useful. For those who didn't print off the workbook, it would have been good to send a completed PDF version with all the areas we interacted with during the session. Thank you again for your time.

Helen was absolutely lovely both as a trainer and a person. You can really sense her passion for the topic through her work both for the training and for the campaigns she does. She was understanding toward my learning needs and created a safe environment. The scale needs to go above 5 stars maximum!

The training was insightful - and the trainer used their own personal experiences to make the training more relatable. I found this really impactful and educational.
