Helen provided a fantastic training session, it was informative, and interactive and although discussing sensitive topics, she made it a fun and collaborative session. I would recommend this training to any one who wants to gain further insight into managing Vulnerable Customers. I will definitely be looking out for any other training sessions I can participate in with Helen

I was really worried about attending at first as this subject is close to home. But I was made to feel at ease almost instantly. Such a lovely lady who runs this course. I feel I'll be able to support customers better in future should this subject arise. I also took a lot away from this on a personal level and it will help me outside of work too. This is one of the most valuable courses I have ever attended. Helen and Heidi both showed so much care and compassion in both the subject matter and for us. I came out of the course knowing now what my role is in these situations and feeling more confident to just be myself and not to worry about saying the wrong thing. Just to listen is so important and I'll take that forward with me in work and in my personal life. Thank you both so much.
