Helen was welcoming, very supportive and came across as very empathetic on the call which i felt supported all of us open up more on the session. The tools for our own wellbeing and resilience and also to share with others were fantastic. The circle of control. traffic lights and the table to complete for if this happens- who would you go to... I found those all really useful and have already used this to help another colleague with a team member at work. I liked that we got the workbook before the session to look at and that there was not a powerpoint to follow as it made it feel more personal for this topic. Before and after the sessions we have felt very well looked after from the intro calls/ what could be offered/ the lead up/ what to expect and the follow up afterwards to check in. if i could describe this training it felt like a nice present/ cuddle all wrapped in a bow start to finish.

This is the second course I have done with Helen and have really enjoyed it. She is very skilful at steering the conversations while working through the workbook without reading it word for word. I would definitely like to go to another in the future.

I found the course wonderful , loved the circle of control and the wellbeing at desk part. I just think it made me realise i need to take a step back sometimes and think . It also made me realise that i cant do everything for everyone , it was delivered very professionally but also very welcoming
