Really engaging course and trainer. Would recommend.

Helen was calm in her delivery. Explained everything very well. Answered questions asked in full which helped. The layout of the training was good as well from explaining what Suicide is, to then delving deeper into how we can help consumers on calls and what action we may need to do, and then how to look after ourselves. She was understanding and very helpful.

Helen provided training that was informative and engaging. Helen's passion for the subject came through throughout and it was a personal highlight for me. I would have preferred to have done this type of training in-person as I engage with sensitive subjects better in-person and feel that I am more likely to join in conversations than I am over teams - This may be personal to me, but I thought I would share. I'm currently completing my counselling skills training and found some of the information shared by Helen (i.e The Feelings wheel and Circle of Control) to be valuable as I had not come across these in my training yet. Thank you Helen.

Whilst the topic is difficult, I found the course very engaging and the soft skills taught will definitely help in my role. In my opinion Helen was the perfect person to deliver this content.
