For what is a really challenging subject, this was a really good course. I found the trainers personal testimony with regards to the subject very honest and open and really bought the course to life

As a psychiatric nurse and mental health first aid instructor i am very familiar with the content of this session, however it was great to see that the training offered was much aligned to that of the MHFA, NHS and other relevant charitable organisations. Helen was a great trainer, manged the pace of the session well and was very engaging. I found it to be a useful refresher.

I thought a course of this nature would have given real -life examples which would have allowed those being trained to contemplate the hear and now, what would we have done if faced with that call. It is a sensitive subject, Helen was very patient, I perhaps was expecting the course content to be a little more advanced.

I felt the training was brilliant. Not only did the training address all key elements on how to clearly process of identifying, processing and actioning results for vulnerable customers. Helen is clearly passionate about what she is training others in, her delivery was excellent. She came into the session with a clear training programme but also made time and ensured all of our questions were answered how we wanted them to be. I loved the training and would recommend Helen to any business.

The course was incredibly well designed and presented. It was emotionally engaging which helped really hit home that this course is representing all people with vulnerabilities across a wide spectrum. The resources provided compliment the course and will form part of an essential took kit to move forward with, applicable not only within our working roles as well as our personal lives.

I have a great deal of experience dealing with vulnerable customers, but in a face to face environment. I was interested to see, how the event would equip me, with the skills to identify and address vulnerabilities over the telephone, and via e-mail - which is how much of my day to day communications are carried out. I feel the event helped me to do this, and I now feel more confident. Helen was very engaging and passionate about coaching, and the subject matter. So much so that I listened to one of her podcasts during our lunch break, on the day. I would recommend that my colleagues attend the event, and the wider business. Thank you.
