I really enjoyed the course and found Helen and Jasbinder to be very informative, engaging and approachable. Helen and Jasbinder created a safe and warming atmosphere to discuss amongst colleagues and I now feel a lot more comfortable dealing with vulnerable customer conversations since taking part in the course. This training session was absolutely brilliant. Jasbinder and Helen were excellent trainers and the session was really informative. I thought the fidget gadgets on the tables were a great idea and we all made the most of them. The course was very insightful and I feel more confident knowing that my team who are dealing with front line calls and emails, are more equipped with the conversational tools and signposting to deal with these difficult situations. I would have liked more breakout rooms, to engage with the team, provide more opportunity to sense check how they are all handling the course as it is an emotive subject.Response : Leeanne, thank you for taking the time to leave such positive and detailed feedback. The course underlined a lot of things that I already knew but so much new information and practical useable ways of dealing with customers and situations that we regularly encounter.
