Helen provided training that was informative and engaging. Helen's passion for the subject came through throughout and it was a personal highlight for me. I would have preferred to have done this type of training in-person as I engage with sensitive subjects better in-person and feel that I am more likely to join in conversations than I am over teams - This may be personal to me, but I thought I would share. I'm currently completing my counselling skills training and found some of the information shared by Helen (i.e The Feelings wheel and Circle of Control) to be valuable as I had not come across these in my training yet. I am so glad there were new elements that you have taken away from the course. I do appreciate you sharing your preference for in-person training with sensitive subjects. Helen is absolutely brilliant, so knowledgeable and very good at giving advice for difficult situations. The course makes you feel empowered and makes you want to do better for all customers, not just those classed as vulnerable. Whilst the topic is difficult, I found the course very engaging and the soft skills taught will definitely help in my role. Very nice to meet you today. The training was delivered at a good pace all the way throughout. You made an effort to ensure everyone was engaged without overdoing it. Not really sure if this is something you can add, but I think if there was an example call (Doesn't need to be real, could be actors maybe?) that you could play for others totally new to this type of call, it could be a really good insight of how they can approach a conversation themselves.
