There is a good balance of trainer information and group participation. A 3 hour course even with a break is quite long for some people. Perhaps slightly shorter summing up periods after breakout groups would help to shorten the overall time.

Thoroughly enjoyed the training. Helen was very informative and personable. There was enough involvement from us, but it did not feel forced. I particularly liked that when I disclosed my ADHD, Helen helped me to look at work arounds such as making it look like I am giving eye contact etc (which I struggle doing). 10/10, thanks Helen

One of the best training courses I have ever attended. I took so much away from it - not just from a professional perspective but from a personal perspective, Helen puts you at ease and places no pressure on attendees - you feel naturally comfortable to share personal experiences without judgment. A good course with a good general overview and refresher. With key skills, facts and points to consider with signposting support for people and reflect how we best share that with our collegues and customers.
