A really insightful course. Maybe course could have finished earlier with a shorter lunch breakResponse : Thanks Sue for your feedback. It can be difficult to know how long to plan each session for as I like to include opportunities for discussions. A shorter lunch break may be something I need to consider moving forward.

A really informative and interactive day, Helen is extremely knowledgeable and the areas covered were both relevant and thought provoking. I particularly liked that the course was interactive as well as listening portions as I am a kinetic learner and this helped me to learn more information. I found this course incredibly insightful. The trainer (Helen Pettifer) had a wealth of knowledge and experience in relation to all types of vunerability accross the board, and imparted very useful advice in dealing/addressing them all. Some points touched me on a personal level, and as such found it so helpful, I have used some tips and pointers in calls from members already. Also the information pack we received was well set out and easy to follow. A useful tool to have to hand.
