Helen was great presenting our course today on dealing with vulnerable customers. The thought and consideration she has in delivering these was brilliant, bringing fidget toys in for those of us that suffer with attention based brains was a stroke of genius.

It was clear that Helen had thought hard about making the course relevant to our business. Vulnerable Customers is a wide-ranging topic, so the two valuable insights for me were to think of a systems-approach across the business; and the case study example clearly illustrated the pitfalls of providing solutions for vulnerable customers without listening to what is actually needed. All really useful, and could only have been provided by someone outside of the business.

This course was a big eye opener and has made me more aware of how many people are struggling in the world and to be as empathetic as possible to all of our customers. Helen was superb and gave excellent advice on how to communicate with vulnerable customers- have taken lots of notes and tips that I will use going forward

A well worthwhile course for anybody who needs to understand the importance of a business's Vulnerable Customer policy and how to put this into practise when dealing with customers. All organisations need to cater for Vulnerable Customers in the modern environment and Helen's course does this in a non threatening and safe environment navigating you through this complex subject in an interesting and stimulating way.

I found the course to be very interesting and eye opening. Helen clearly is very dedicated to supporting vulnerable people and helping others develop how they can support vulnerable people and because Helen was so passionate about the subject matter it was easier to take the information in, it never felt like a lecture or standard work presentation and we had lots of discussions and overall it was much more engaging.
