I absolutely loved the course and I found it valuable to my role. It was very engaging and went into depth on what Vulnerabilty is and what it means. I have learnt how to use phrases like “how would you like me to help you?” And thinking the customer may just want to chat, so being available and giving them my attention. The material doesn’t really relate to my job role too much as my customer conversations are usually too short to build a rapport. I’ve had similar training in the past in my counselling courses, it’s a good refresher for these skills in life. Thank youResponse : Lucy, thank you for taking the time to leave feedback.
