Helen is absolutely brilliant, so knowledgeable and very good at giving advice for difficult situations. The course makes you feel empowered and makes you want to do better for all customers, not just those classed as vulnerable. The whole course was well delivered and Helen was engaging throughout. You could tell she has a real understanding of the area and this no doubt strengthened the way the material landed. The course was interactive and Helen never dismissed any answers. The tools provided were great and I feel much more confident dealing with vulnerable customers.
