The course underlined a lot of things that I already knew but so much new information and practical useable ways of dealing with customers and situations that we regularly encounter. I def feel more empowered to deal with vulnerable customers

Although, I am not a customer facing member of staff, I found the course really engaging , it certainly gave me the tools and confidence to use some of the techniques discussed in the session, to help customers/ colleagues & people in general, to achieve the best possible results.
