The training was positively engaging, providing opportunities for cross-department discussions and knowledge-sharing, which was invaluable. This was a great course and Helen was a great course leader. I benefited from reinforcement of existing knowledge, as well as picking up some extra knowledge to use going forward. This was an incredibly useful training session that covered a range of topics which was bespoke for us and what we required. Helen has a great amount of knowledge in this area and delivered the training professionally and compassionately given the topics under discussion. During the course we discussed adding resources specifically to cover Scotland, N Ireland and the Channel Islands (MIND only services England and Wales).
