This was an incredibly useful training session that covered a range of topics which was bespoke for us and what we required. Helen has a great amount of knowledge in this area and delivered the training professionally and compassionately given the topics under discussion. During the course we discussed adding resources specifically to cover Scotland, N Ireland and the Channel Islands (MIND only services England and Wales). The course underlined a lot of things that I already knew but so much new information and practical useable ways of dealing with customers and situations that we regularly encounter. Although, I am not a customer facing member of staff, I found the course really engaging , it certainly gave me the tools and confidence to use some of the techniques discussed in the session, to help customers/ colleagues & people in general, to achieve the best possible results.
