The course was incredibly well designed and presented. It was emotionally engaging which helped really hit home that this course is representing all people with vulnerabilities across a wide spectrum. The resources provided compliment the course and will form part of an essential took kit to move forward with, applicable not only within our working roles as well as our personal lives.

I have a great deal of experience dealing with vulnerable customers, but in a face to face environment. I was interested to see, how the event would equip me, with the skills to identify and address vulnerabilities over the telephone, and via e-mail - which is how much of my day to day communications are carried out. I feel the event helped me to do this, and I now feel more confident. Helen was very engaging and passionate about coaching, and the subject matter. So much so that I listened to one of her podcasts during our lunch break, on the day. I would recommend that my colleagues attend the event, and the wider business. Thank you.

The course content was relevant to topic. Helen was very knowledgeable and patient, affording everyone the time to talk. It was helpful to hear the challenges that other teams face and how they address them. I also enjoyed the time where we broke off into smaller groups
