All methods easily applied to teaching. All tasks often used in my lessons, however a reminder and changed focus is helpful.

Thought it was brilliantly delivered and some really intriguing talking points, especially around cold calling. Only thing I found a bit confusing was the maximising cognitive engagement graph.

Would be more engaging if it was more interactive, I.e. Kahoots when answering questions

Professional coach with clear instructions and prompts. An enjoyable course overall.

I do think there is a disconnect between theory and practice. Time demands on curriculum restraints make some of the practices difficult to be consistent with.

Overall, very informative, but basic strategies we would use regularly in our department.

Fantastic course. Relevant and has really made me think about how to implement more retrieval , divergent questions and wait time into my classroom. I have just ordered coloured timers from Amazon for 5/10/15/30 mins !!! Can’t wait to use them in class on Thursday!
