Adaptive Teaching Reviews

Clare delivered a clear and engaging CPD session on adaptive teaching this morning. It was reassuring to hear that much of the content is already being embedded in lessons across the school, which helped to validate current practice. The session also provided a valuable opportunity to refocus on key areas of adaptive teaching and served as a useful reminder to be more mindful and intentional in the classroom. Overall, it was a constructive and reflective session that supported ongoing professional development.

Good and some new ideas to put into supporting students

Was good here some evidence and validation for the approaches already implemented with some new ideas being taking aware and reflected upon.

Training was fantastic, however would be great to ask questions that involve all staff members. As an LSA, I work solely with a child, not a classroom. I can relate but not to the same extent.
