An INSET delivered by someone who actually gave useful / helpful tips ideas to someone who has been in the profession for over 30 years, but also useful to newbies to the profession (didn't try to get your grandmother to suck eggs, whilst also explaining what an egg is!!!).
The session was relevant and interesting, and Claire was an excellent speaker.
