Very useful course for PHSI as an introduction to Law & Procedure with relevance to the role and what you may come across and how to handle it. Hugely recommended!

Enjoyable and informative training. I find online teams training sometimes can be disengaging but this wasn't although a couple of times I was kicked out or had tech issues due to the breakout rooms. But it didn't seriously get in the way of my learning.
