Tim was very personable, he made the training interesting and interactive wherever possible meaning we got more from it and were able to put into practice what we had been learning. A lot of information has been delivered in a professional and succinct way given the time constraints, where it would have been ideal to have longer. Course material provided was relevant and Tim also tried to use work specific examples also.

Max was very thorough and friendly. This was an interactive session which included useful cases with group activity to implement knowledge and skills learned

What I found particularly useful was the opportunity to practice. That coupled with constructive feedback from Emma helped to enforce some of the learning.
