This was an interesting and enjoyable course that I was excited to learn about. The trainer took time to understand our backgrounds which was helpful as it meant the material was more relevant to us. Appropriate warnings were issued ahead of any potentially sensitive topics and delivery was thorough. He had clearly done his homework beforehand and overall this helped me find the course more enjoyable!

Eleanor provided a fantastic interactive session to get the group thinking and working collaboratively.

Tim Kirkham, the trainer was excellent, he gave real life examples of cases that had gone well, but also where lack of disclosure had gone wrong.

Very well presented, i found myself well engaged for the entire course.

Jim is a fantastic instructor, this is my second course with him. Everything he has taught in the lessons, i have implemented in my current role, as an investigator these courses are essential for compliance.

Slight IT issues

Kerry Scott-Patel was our trainer today and she was lovely. Very warm and open. very inclusive. Gave ample opportunity for discussion and explained things in a manner that everyone, of all experience levels, could comprehend. Was a great course, thank you so much

The content was easily understandable, relevant and gave us lots of information and tools to take away to use in in our day jobs. The mix of delivery methods kept interest.
