Great content overall. A little less focus on preparing for court would have been better from my perspective as this is not something that I will likely do, but acknowledge very helpful for others. I would have liked to see a bit of focus on CQC, Culture and how this ties into Safeguarding.

I have completed Bond Solon training previously and really enjoy the teaching style and always in admiration of the level of knowledge of each section ,sub sections and everything in between. Always humerous and a generally fabulous course.

Aimed at exactly the right level for our team and shipping focus was particularly appreciated.

Great course, which I feel is a must for all examiners, especially given the rise of irate customers. The slides were helpful and listening to the trainer and his own experiences was really helpful.

would like to see notice writing and report writing such as poisoning

more examples of reports could be shared/sent out prior or after the course
