A great training event. Interesting to see how conflict can present across the business. Helpful and informative. John was very good at adapting the information to suit different roles within the business. He also made it personable with real life experiences he has had. Able to communicate the subject at multiple levels.

Lots of interesting content covered that was presented in an interesting and engaging way. It was useful to complete tasks and put them into action. The trainer was on hand to facilitate any additional questions we had and was clearly very passionate and enthusiastic about the topic. They also made it clear which parts were applicable to my role.
