Very informative and enhanced my knowledge. Trainer was good at creating different scenarios to assist our understanding etc

It was very helpful to have time to learn more about this very complex subject and to apply this learning in the discussions to our respective fields of work.

This was an extremely useful and interesting course. It is very relevant to any experts in the personal injury arena. Given that this courses are marketed to the whole of the UK and there may be experts who work in Scotland, it would be helpful to ensure reference to the legal framework in Scotland was made (especially where there may be discrepancies). Would definitely recommend to any EW colleagues.

Trainer (Nick) was very knowledgeable of the subject and gave reassurance and good constructive feedback throughout the day to take forward.

Very good course, I find it very profound, lots of interesting details. I would love to talk a bit more about the mood before going to a visit, ( to get mentally prepared) like pre-paving your way ( mentally saying to yourself that you will have a great conversation, concise, clear, productive, a nice farmer, etc. I found it very useful, and when I arrive to the location I feel that already I am prepared with this positive attitude, and not troughed away by the occurred people. Also , I find that using compliments ( but only if I really believe in them ) is very useful tool. Like even I have to tell the bad news, I still try to create a balance. to let the person know that perhaps are good thing he does and to compliment the very lovely view, or the wonderful house, or the car, etc... but is working only when you are real and genuine, otherwise will back fire, like someone say sorry but you clearly see that he/she didn't mean it, and that's because we are vibrational beings and we feel it. ( no words needed). Also I love the positive aspects from the course, and how to use and not to use some words. Like for example St Teresa once she was asked if she can come to a ANTI-WAR protest, and she said something like - I will never join this protest, but if you have a PRO PEACE gathering definitely I will come. Sound the same things but are not, when you say Anti -war, in fact you think about war and all the bad things, so your mind is focusing on them and vibrationally speaking creates more of unwanted things; but when you say Pro peace what you think ? perhaps flours, beautiful sunset, etc...and you kind of create more of it. ( by using the Law of Attraction ). You look at the football games, and see the players have on their T-shirts : No to racism, thing written on their arms, but instead should be something like Live in Harmony or similar wording to attract more of the harmonies life and not the other ones. Thank you very much for the training was very useful, with a lot of great information. I would like to see a bit more about when we are on the phones how we should deal with and some scenarios to involve the audience, some more interactions might be a good idea from my perspective, much appreciation, Dani
