Very good course, both trainers were professional, clear and consise
Emma was a great tutor and was very knowledgeable on the subject. I feel the course was very beneficial and I've learned new ways to tackle disclosure, the links provided will also help when back in branch.
I enjoyed this course and found it cathartic to think and talk about previous experience in relation to both the knowledge imparted and other people's experiences. I've not given good feedback regarding the course material as it was not provided to us in a user-friendly format. Temporary access to a SharePoint folder with everything in (as I've had on previous courses) would have been much better than what we got -- an email with links to Kallidus that drip fed us material in a confusing way, so that none of us had seen it all before attending, and one afternoon of the course was affected badly by us trying to find it all then.
Learned quite a bit of this on the courtroom skills day. Good to have a go at applying this.

It was a decent course, I learned something new and it also gave the team a chance to discuss different scenarios and gain a joint understanding.
Good facilitator. IT was a bit problematic however did not disrupt the sessions too much.
The course was very beneficial to my role. Each element of the course was explained, with useful references back to examples in everyday life and circumstance, allowing for greater understanding. The trainer was very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Overall I would recommend this to colleagues and other people with interest in this field.
