The course has been very insightful and has helped me have a wider understanding on MCA and how I can apply this to my role within my company. It has given me confidence to actually challenge some information or decisions provided by other health professionals that is meant to be for the "best interests" of our service users.

at times i found the information 'heavy' and personally would of liked more scenarios as i find it easier to retain information when i can put it into context with a situation.

A very good course. I was expecting more specialist on Health and Safety but a good course overall.

Very good speaker. Allows for input and speaks in a clear manner. Allows the mind to expand in a philosophical manner yet with real life examples.
