Excellent programme. Well run, interesting and relevant to a range of expert witnesses. Brief cross-examination part was particularly useful.

Just two comments from me. The pace of the day was so fast in an effort to get it all in. I think you guys need to do this 8am thru 6pm or go one and a half days. The wrong attachment was sent out for the course. I think the files should be named A and B and when we are taken to a section, mention of page number as well as para and sub para would be helpful. I think our trainer was reticent to say page number because the file mix up. That said we all thru it okay.

An excellent and enthusiastic trainer - so impressed that she was able to keep our attention and our own focussed all day. Felt the morning was a little slow and then the afternoon was a bit rushed. The session doesn't really allow a lot of time for questions

The course was good - very fast pace and not a lot of time to ask questions but Fay was a great trainer. We were given the wrong booklet which was very frustrating as I had printed all of mine out to make notes for the future and wasn't able to do this.

The course was delivered excellently, and of great value to the students taking part. I believe this course should be longer, with more time to gain an understanding of the legislation and its application. example interviewing this should be completed in an appropriate interview room with a recording device and disc's, along with labels and seals. More input into when and where you use Code B notice and Caution along with how this process is recorded and used in evidence.

I thought Fay did an excellent job - she was engaging and interesting and somehow kept her energy levels going throughout the whole day which was commendable to say the least - that said the format of the teaching was very old fashioned and disjointed, again not the fault of Fay. Pre-course instructions were misleading and unclear - if you want participants to bring laptops then this should be clearly stated. There was no clear precourse reading or exercises to complete before the course - I think this is an opportunity missed There was a screen in the room which could have been used to go through the course material - I am a visual learner as such receiving a massive amount of information verbally does not lend itself to my learning at all - it would have been good to mix things up a bit as didactic verbal teaching can be extremely draining - especially for people with neurodiversity. The course manuals and what we referred to as the 'rules' were incredibly disorganised - I think there is little to no hope that I am going to be able to recreate the steps taken in the lectures - this aspect of the course should be extensively rewritten / overhauled to make it a linear flow of information - the logic needed to navigate the jumping around that was done in the lectures is impossible to recreate
