for calculations it would be good to have them written in the slides or chat A little more 'common practice' around CBAs in industries like Financial services would be helpful.

This is very helpful and made me feel more confident in managing and leading change at work.

Overall, a useful course. Would have been better if we had been provided with a few gold standard reports. One from Medical / Healthcare, one from some other field etc.
