Good course - good start for setting up a practice
more confident in structuring complaint - being more clear about what we want to get across and the evidence etc
i though the trainer where he used real life scenarios was helpful and useful tool moving forward
Good insight at the variance of evidence and the importance of specific language in reports.
This was a great, engaging course and I found it very thought provoking.
Very good course. Karen is very good at what she does and is an amazing teacher. Personally I feel the presentation in the morning is slightly too long, but I understand why it’s all there.
