Really good refresher for me in relation to RIPA and the completion of DSA's.

Useful course and would recommend

Very useful session

Helped to demystify the process of giving evidence and although I am not a role play fan, it was actually really helpful and picked up areas that I had not considered and feel it will give me confidence when the time comes that I have to give evidence.

The course was well structured and the case study session was brilliant.

It was a very well organised and a comprehensive session which allowed us to gain a full insight into aspects of writing reports and complaints letters. Nick was very informative and engaging with appopriate humour and he offered us plenty of time to discuss and link the training to our respective roles.

Excellent course and extremely well delivered. Delighted to have attended.

A very good course that gives a professional insight to detail in regards to courts and giving evidence but also the detail you need to include. And the importance of knowing your powers and procedures.

Geraint was a brilliant Trainer! His extensive knowledge really shone throughout the course. There were lots of references to real life examples which made the course realistic and more interesting. I thoroughly enjoyed the course, especially the final face-to-face day. Thank you! :)
