Really enjoyed! Very helpful training and facilitator was excellent. I was engaged for the entirety.

I was initially sceptical that a 'mediation' course could end up being a bit dry or tedious if delivered too literally. That said, I thoroughly enjoyed Dr Bannerman tact & delivery. I picked up lots of useful tools with interesting context relating to human & behavioural psychology.
