Rhoda was so lovely and explained everything in great details, one of the things which i found most beneficial was using case law
I found the session very useful and it has given me more practical skills and knowledge to apply when doing witness statements and appearing in court.
John was an excellent trainer who used real life experiences and practical examples to bring the training to life, which made it much easier to understand and relate to. His knowledge and expertise were evident throughout the course. I have taken away a great deal from the training and look forward to sharing the key learning points with my team.
Really informative course, will make a huge difference to my practice
It has been a brilliant day and I feel I have learnt so much from Max. Also, as there were only three of us, it meant we had more time to ask questions and we learnt at a good pace. We got to learn more about AGNI too which was a bonus for us at Blackheath as we tend to do quite a lot of work around capacity and DoLS.
John was great. Would have preferred the course to be more interactive.
