I found the trainer, Max, really easy to listen to and he brought some interesting case examples to the training which always helps to relate the law etc to practice. He didn't assume people's level of knowledge and even though I have been practicing for ten years, it was really useful as you can forget certain aspects when you get bogged down in day to day practice.
