Tim was an excellent trainer. He made the group feel at ease and delivered the course materials in a way that was relevant to our job role. It was clear he had looked into our organisation and was prepared to adapt the materials to make them as applicable as possible to our work. The training was engaging and interesting. Tim made the team feel confident in doing role play interview exercises in front of the group.

I really enjoyed the psychological side of the course, everyone is different, and being able to understand others will help me in future negotiations. Enjoyed the delivery of the training, interesting and kept my attention, which is not an easy feat!

It was very good. The trainer had an in depth and detailed knowledge. she communicated this knowledge very well. it was interactive. I learned a lot. It would have been useful to look at more case studies (perhaps we need a second day!!) I have quite a bit of homework to do - lots of helpful links provided which i need to go away and read.

I absolutely loved this session, it exceeded my expectations. The trainer is very experienced and knowledgeable. I gained valuable insights into negotiation techniques, including the CORE model and strategies for accelerating trust. It was also enlightening to explore the concept of lateral thinking. One key takeaway was the importance of understanding who is involved in the negotiation, recognising their personalities, and tailoring your approach accordingly. This awareness is crucial for building rapport and achieving successful outcomes.

Neil was a very good tutor, he engaged with the class and made the day fun. The content flowed very well, it was very informative.
