The session is brilliant and covers allot of different aspects of dealing with difficult people however the trainer has explained everything very well and used his own personal examples which has made it very easy to understand.

Good volume of learning especially picking through relevant areas for our industry. Really good when linked to applying to our roles. Emma was engaging and lovely. Really knowledgeable only improvement- explaining the activities a little more, maybe having an example as we filled the table out wrong

Enjoyable and engaging course, that kept on relating back to different roles within the company mine and others in attendance. The course also gave a really good opportunity to see how the role relates to the legal side of the business and how interconnected it can be.

Great course - very helpful

Like all things I would have liked more time 1-to-1 exploring my topics of interest / not unexpected as this was a wide course with many members from different settings

The breakouts were really engaging

Really engaging and provides an opportunity to reflect on own practices and refresh approaches.

The small group sessions were too long really - we all ran out of steam. the trainer was excellent, and had so much to offer. Patrick was great.
