Nick presented very well. He was engaging, an expert on his subject and collaborative rather than providing a lecture. In terms of material, I think a cheat sheet of key take-aways and a diagramatic overview of a process would be helpful.

I have previously attended the London College of Policing money laundering course and the content of the pilot was very similar. The breakout rooms were good as it gets you to interact and participate in the course.

I felt the course was very well prepared and detailed. It did not feel at all rushed and there was plenty of time to discuss points of interest, share/hear experience from others, and to listen in detail to the trainer. The materials were very helpful and provide just the right amount of detail.
