Great course, should be rolled out to all HMRC DO's post level 3 completion.

The training has helped increase my confidence in my role as a DO. I feel more equipped to perform my duties in this role.

Really good course, the pre read was a bit overwhelming and I think the Digital Strategy should be included in that. Rhoda was extremely knowledgeable and engaging.

I thought the course was very useful. Rhoda was a great course leader and was able to keep the course focused but at the same time made it interesting with relevant anecdotes. Unfortunately the course was cut to three days but I would have happily sat through four days. I do think that this course should be made mandatory for any officer who is to undertake disclosure as the learning has been invaluable.

I'd like to think that I had a decent understanding but this course has broadened by knowledge considerably and prepared me for cases that are in court imminently. All questions were answered fully and examples provided throughout made the course interesting and entertaining throughout making it easy to maintain engagement.

I really enjoyed this training. I felt it was paced very well, with a good balance between slides, breakout rooms, discussions, and enough breaks so that it never felt overwhelming or 'long'. Max was extremely knowledgeable and provided valuable insight into the MCA, executive functioning, and executive dysfunction. He was also kind and approachable, which made the whole session feel comfortable — something that isn’t always the case in training sessions and they can sometimes feel awkward. Overall, my knowledge has definitely improved, and I feel much more confident with these topics moving forward particularly around level of insight, language used and direct examples of questions I could use in my own practice. Thank you.
