Really enjoyed the course, as a new SIO I've done a few courses in the last few months and this has been the most interesting. The SW checking process and knowledge passed on during this also lends itself well to to Production Orders. I think this course should be rolled out to the applicants of SW as it would assist in the process.

Emma was a really engaging and positive trainer. I felt comfortable enough to open up regarding how nervous i was being a checking officer as the jump from Officer to Higher Officer is large and feels like there is no training and you're just supposed to get on with it. Felt like I learnt a lot from Emma and I liked the way she related what she was saying to real life examples

Interesting course. Liane was very knowledgeable and the interacting group work made the learning easy.

this is a useful training as writing statements is becoming more common.

Sue was very knowledgeable, she explained our questions very well in a way that I understood. No question was too hard for her. I did not understand the legal side of CHC, but I came out confident than before.

Really good trainer. Unfortunately there were technical issues with setting up the venue which led to a delay. Not the trainers fault.
