Enjoyed course - thank you

I would like the course to be more tailored towards specifically safeguarding supervision and how this may differ from other supervision. I enjoyed linking with other professionals from different trusts.

The course was well structured but lacked relevance to Safeguarding practice. It was generic in most parts and lacked application to how it can be applied in the context of my role. There were far too many breakout rooms which made the training quite fragmented. I understand there needs to be a balance between a lecture and a workshop but 65% of the 2 days were spent in break out rooms.
