Excellent performance by the Role player (Dave) also, really brought the character to life in a way which caught me off guard initially. Really got the sense that the trainers know the subject matter inside out.

John was a fantastic trainer and was great at keeping our attention on the subject. All his 'examples' of stories relating to various scenarios was also really helpful.

I thought the course was very well organised, with content and resources that were highly relevant to the subject matter. Nick demonstrated excellent knowledge, answering questions with clarity and insight. The pacing of the day was well-judged, with appropriate breaks to maintain focus. The breakout sessions were effective, and for an online course, it remained engaging throughout.

I found John to be a brilliant trainer. He was engaging, his self deprecating humour was relatable and his honesty about having gotten some things wrong in the past really resonated with me. The content was good and i learned some new things that i hadn't heard about in other similar training courses (Socratic question). I didn't like having my camera on at first but found it actually helped me focus more so not a bad thing.
