Good course pace. Time to ask questions and share experiences. Time in the afternoon to practice has been extremely useful. Catherine has been professional, friendly, clear.

The course was presented as Accident Investigation but the course content did not reflect this - it was more interview technique and preparation rather than actual accident investigation. Although the trainer was engaging and pleasant this course did not wholly meet the anticipated content that many of us were expecting. Our expectation was in depth analysis of the causative agents to accidents such as lack of training of an employee; dangerous, ill maintained equipment etc.

Rhoda is exceptional and the training was brilliant, I'm more confident in my approach. With practice I can see myself handling a stand with confidence and truth.

I found the course really informative and helpful, particularly the structure of the PEACE model which gave me a clear framework for conducting interviews. The practical exercises were especially useful as they allowed me to apply what I’d learned in a realistic setting. I now feel more confident in planning and structuring interviews.
