Really enjoy these training days, especially as a refresher, I feel as though this time around I understand what is required. As stated above, I now have a better understanding on how importance of statement writing and how to respond as a professional witness.

Geraint was an engaging speaker and gave good overview of the court experience in the morning as well as advice. He was thorough in the role play scenario and made it feel as real as possible

Good training module

The course was very interactive and enabled me to engage with the subject in order to have a better understanding. In addition, the trainer’s knowledge was very vast and was able to answer my questions in a very easy and professional manner.

The training was carried out professionally and the tutor - JIM used real / practical techniques to show different aspects throughout the two days which I found enlighten and with help me retain information..

I found this really helpful and it gave an insight as to how we as officers of HMRC are to present evidence. I will be taking this into account when i attend court
