Useful training however I felt it was difficult to critique examples of complaint responses without the original letter of complaint and written by members in the training.
I thought the course would have been different and around undertaking investigations rather than what it covered and as the LA formulate the letters via the complaints dept wonder the value of undertaking this training as it is more the process of complaints that i would have liked (that might be a different course) Nick was /is very knowledgeable
Overall training was good - but it was not fully adopted to IONWAY needs. We could you examples related to our organization (chemical hazards for example).
This has been a very interesting course I have learnt so much and will definitely take this back to my work place.
