Attending the course gave me a real understanding and level of detail and context behind the principles and capacity assessments. This will allow me to apply my new knowledge to policies and documentation and to cascade my learning to the wider organisation . Sue was a brilliant trainer and took the course at a pace that suited the group . Her knowledge was second to none and she explained things in such a way it made each topic so much easier to grasp and understand.

Richard set the scene, walked us through the assessment criteria and was open to questions through the day. His feedback on my report was useful in preparing it for the CUBS assessment. Also great to watch the other mock cross examinations and learn from this.
