Very engaging trainer and useful course. The group work was helpful. Its a lot to cover in 2 days but some very useful reminders to bring into my day to day

Very useful and certainly improved my awareness and understandings of civil litigation and what happens in the courtroom. The cross-examination role play, in particular, was extremely well done and very helpful.

I wasn't sure quite what to expect, but thankfully, no previous experience was assumed. The group had various levels of previous knowledge and I am confident that we will have all taken something new away from this day.

Simon provided a fantastic training to us all. There was a great balance of bringing his knowledge and experience, and allowing us to ask questions.
