Felt this moved from basic to more advanced without a lot of explanation in the subject. Trainer wasnt confident or clear in explanations. Ended by 2.30pm when time could have been given to explore real life examples and generate group discussion. The constant move to break out rooms for 10 minutes when matters were discussed in about 2. I've attended bond solon courses historically and this was not the standard of delivery or content that used to be provided. Also no reference of any depth to the new MHA, matters like nominated person and how these will apply and when changes actually roll out would have been of benefit.

Wonderful course, definitely recommended. I will apply these structured reporting techniques to my daily clinical notes to ensure my decision-making is transparent and meets the expected standards of care. These skills are invaluable for improving professional accountability and the clarity of my communication with both clinical and legal audiences.

Judi checked in regularly to see if anyone had any questions and was excellent at clearly communicating key points.
