Ren was absolutely amazing! Really enjoyed her training course and the day!

Very good course, engaging and as a witness being put under pressure.

Very good course. I liked the way the core principles were explored first before delving into the Fluctuating capacity case law. If anything, the case law felt a bit rushed and there may have been benefit on having these cases unfold throughout the day rather than at the end.

Ren was an excellent trainer, she articulated points well, while maintaining an approachable learning environment.

Jim is a fantastic instructor, this is my second course with him. Everything he has taught in the lessons, i have implemented in my current role, as an investigator these courses are essential for compliance.

Slight IT issues

Kerry Scott-Patel was our trainer today and she was lovely. Very warm and open. very inclusive. Gave ample opportunity for discussion and explained things in a manner that everyone, of all experience levels, could comprehend. Was a great course, thank you so much

The content was easily understandable, relevant and gave us lots of information and tools to take away to use in in our day jobs. The mix of delivery methods kept interest.
