Max is an excellent teacher. He is very patient and always ready to listen and explain further if someone does not understand what is being taught. Steve is very helpful, kind and a great teacher as well. I enjoyed all their classes, thank you very much.

Informative well presented training package, very relevant to my role. Good environment in which to discuss concerns and get well evidenced advice to apply. Great to have case studies as reference to emphasis the learning points.

Very beneficial course, good knowledge of report writing by the trainer.

Excellent trainer! Very calm and engaging speaker, which helped settle any nerves, as coroners reports are quite a daunting idea for those who have not written them before. They split the day up well with a good amount of breaks. Good reference to course materials, highlighting takeaway points, using real case examples and very interactive. I think I can take away the learning to my everyday practice and note-taking as well in producing reports.

I am so new to the law information and the DoLS. From the learning and development provided, I would say it is outstanding.

Both lecturers (Max and Steve) were excellent and at the top of the their game, explaining well a complex area of Social Work.

The course was fantastically presented by Catherine. The pacing, content and format worked very well and the level of interaction made the session very engaging. I learnt a great deal and feel more more prepared in writing court reports. Critiquing reports was a great way to internalise the information taught earlier in the session.

Could have been 2 very long days, that were made enjoyable and relevant, keeping all participants attentive and involved. Phil has a depth of experience and knowledge and had an ability to tease participants knowledge for the benefit of all.
