I have thoroughly enjoyed the course and found the days went very quickly. The material is covered at a good pace that keeps you engaged and interested in what comes next. Interesting examples were discussed which help reaffirm the learning material

I found the different personality types really interesting as it's hard to please everyone, planning helps but there will always be people that don't agree with how you've approached something and that's okay as long as I've done my best it's all I can do.

Max was engaging, informative and eloquent in his delivery of the course. The content was extremely relevant to y day-to-day role as a general case manager. The section on the capacity assessment was enlightening - a pity that the report is not more standardised - maybe this could be a contention for future work with the powers that be.
