Good course, great knowledge, relevant examples
I found the trainer, Max, really easy to listen to and he brought some interesting case examples to the training which always helps to relate the law etc to practice. He didn't assume people's level of knowledge and even though I have been practicing for ten years, it was really useful as you can forget certain aspects when you get bogged down in day to day practice.
Excellent training, Very well delivered and the trainer involved us throughout, encouraging reflection and discussion.
Overall the course has informed me about the different types of statements that can be taken to court, best practise for writing, and given me lots to consider in regards to how to prepare for writing a statement in the future. I think in future iterations, it may be useful for witness statements to cover a wider range of issues/subjects.
Excellent course and would recommend it to anyone undertaking expert witness work

Really interesting day. Great to have such a range of colleagues present. Challenging own beliefs and practice is good but hard. Facilitator very responsive and knowledgable.
