Great facilitator who was kind and patient. It goes without saying that he was credible. All in all, a very enjoyable day. It was heavy in content but that is to expected given some of us are absolute novices when it comes to the subject matter.

Fay was fabulous and offered many examples to help a deeper understanding.

I think we would benefit from examples of what to write and examples where people have been in trouble for incorrect/ inadequate documentation
