A very enjoyable and informative course

The course has been so well run and well structured, such a lot of information at the time the rulings changed. I have found the course to be so interesting, good pace for reflection, good interactions and setting the task of small groups preparing a power point presentation to deliver to the group, gain feedback and continue, handing back to tutor, who will ensure we all have a copy, such a great idea to share learning and validate what we have learned. I have thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this course thank you so much ! I would like to thank Sue, our trainer, such a thoughtful approach, how she managed to teach the new ruling as clearly as she did explaining what the changes are and how they will affect practice. She managed to guide and navigate the class through the history and the changes and the way forwards, her knowledge was so impressive and i am so glad that I had this opportunity to have this training. thank you so much Sue.

Engaging course content, practical exericise to help understand the content.

Really great course. Course Leader was really engaging and made the effort to link to our roles.

Jim Was a very engaging and knowledgeable trainer. He maintained on point for the course whilst also ensuring the delegates contributed . All aspects of the course were delivered as expected and beyond.

Great course, easy content to follow. Topic was was broken down into manageable chunks and delivered at an enjoyable pace. The trainer, Jim, was engaging and entertaining.
