Great course. Good pre read, plenty of material to review to get a really good handle on the investigation. Enabled to do a "deep dive" into disclosure and really good to listen to the experience of other disclosure officers and the trials and tribulations they have encountered.
Really useful re-visit, particularly interview planning, the defence questioning techniques, how to interview effectively. Finding ways of saying 'you're lying' without saying it.
