Overall, a very informative session although frustration at times only due to the actual CHC/DST forms as they are and can be very subjective when completing as discussed throughout the training - which could lead to the appropriate services/funding not being put in place and the service user/carers losing out.

Very informative and a good refresher, as I have completed this training in the past, many years ago. Albeit, quite frustration due to the subjective nature when using the support tools for Continuing Health Care, to take this forward into practice. However, I will be referring to legislation and case law rather than focusing solely on the tools, when presenting the information to panel. Thank you.

As you can see with the ratings given above, this was a very good course with a very good trainer who made the subject both interesting and engaging. However, it wasn't the course I was expecting/signed up for - I signed up to attend 'Accident Investigation' training. I'm not quite sure what's happened here. As I said though, still a good course.

Really enjoyed the course, Sue has a great deal of knowledge to share and is able to explain it in an understandable way. Very approachable and inclusive which is difficult over teams.

The trainer was outstanding and her approach was engaging and ran at a good pace. I feel much more informed as a profesional.
