I have previously attended something similar, and have been called to hearing at an arbitration previously. I have therefore had some experience and have some previous knowledge, but today's training was additionally useful.

Such a useful and thought provoking course. Lots of really useful tips and ideas in how to deal with questions under pressure- I really need to practice this to avoid the feeling of personal attack. Richard was really engaging and kept me interested throughout the day- No mean feat! Highly recommend this course.

Excellent course, gained a much better understanding of courtroom procedure and cross-examination techniques. In particular, the use of a case study on which to be cross-examined on was a superb learning experience and very well pitched.
