Some of the American spellings in the course material and the typos on slide 38 need correcting 'ae being listen to' > 'are being listened to'
great course learnt at lot of different ways to help with customers and also how to spot when someone can become angry
The trainer's methods of putting stories to the training was extremely effective and made it make so much more sense than just reading a slide. I felt I understood everything in a much better way, and am very impressed with how he conducted himself and put forth the learning. I feel I have greatly benefited from this.
