Excellent delivery

Really interesting course and it was delivered really well - the trainer was really knowledgeable and he kept me focused and attentive. His language and tone were really good and the balance of course content and examples was spot on!

There is so many things discussed that I can take forward in my role and I will be recommending that my colleagues look at doing this course. Trainer John Khastar was brilliant, really knowledgeable and got everyone engaged with the training. I will use the Behavioural Influence Stairways Model to help me in my appointment when I need to resolve conflict or challenging conversations and also take forward the 5 step appeal when dealing with resistance.

Excellent course, really enjoyed the training, was a good as the last 'Court skills' training that Nick ran during lockdown.
