Jim was a brilliant teacher and brought fantastic enthusiasm as if it were the first time he had taught the content. His knowledge and professionalism were outstanding and I feel very lucky to have had Jim lead this course.

I feel more confident in chairing meetings and managing more complex situations. Also reminding me when I am chairing what my responsibilities are to all involved and techniques to manage the space more efficiently.

Useful course, feel it could have been a bit shorter. I enjoy Nick as a presenter. He knows his stuff and clearly puts the information across.
