Excellent course. A bit more warning about content would of been useful for me as discussing suicide caught me off guard. I was also unable to notify the trainer individually so he had no idea why I wasn't being asked questions. Pleased the option was there though.

Engaging subject and Nicholas clearly experieneced and knowledgeable on the topic. In terms of improving my writing i feel this has massively helped me focus on what i want to write about. Knowing that letters are often reviewed and we are asked to add/change it would be good if the executice team could also receive this training so we are all working off the same sheet!

Really good session. Nicholas was very engaging and made us question everything and was clear with his guidance. Interesting and useful to review real life letters from our Trust. Could have spent more time dissecting these as it was really useful to put earlier discussions into context

Knowledge after is much better. Feel far more equipped. Only reason not a higher score is that in terms of skills I will still need to develop these through implementing my new knowledge in the real world as I have my first discussion between experts coming up soon
