James is a very engaging presenter. He uses a lot of interesting models/use cases and clearly knows a lot about his subject. He is interested in his audience, actively listens, and asks good follow up questions. He is also disciplined with managing time and communicates clearly throughout.

Liane was great. Engages with everyone and explained the process and purpose in easy to understand format. The role play was fantastic as it gave you a real life example of what could happen

Fantastic and insightful training.

I had little knowledge of DST's and CHC checklists before the training. Now I feel more confident about how I should approach them.
