Excellent delivery again and useful having 2x trainers to assist with acting out scenarios during the training. Like the use of acronyms as it makes things more memorable & easy to use during an interview.

I had fairly extensive historic experience of conducting criminal interviews and investigations from 1996 to 2003. This training refreshed my previous knowledge and provided guidance on tailoring my skills to conducting HR/grievance type interviews and investigations.

Intense but very enjoyable and I definitely feel more prepared for tribunal
