Great trainer, great knowledge and a very worthwhile course. Very well informed and educated in to how I can apply certain elements into my role. I had basic knowledge from a previous career but now feel more confident in my current role and feel that I have the ability to assist others within my organisation. Very impressed and very impressed with Steve. No rating for Tony Bennett as course was only instructed by Steve.

Pat was fabulous. He was completely engaging and relatable. He referenced practical application of new skills into dat to day work. He was beyond knowledgeable and I would like to have the opportunity to attend more courses that he delivers.
