Trainer was great and engaging with a court-style workshop. Materials could have been tailored more specifically to housing sector.

The course was incredibly insightful. Richard Stone managed to demystify the legal requirements for expert witnesses. I now have a much clearer understanding of how to structure my reports to comply with CrPR Part 19 and the 2023 Practice Directions. The distinction between fact and opinion was a key takeaway for me.
