Thoroughly enjoyed and felt I have learnt a lot.

Just need some time now to use and practice using the tools shown but at least know about them compared to before the course.

Really interesting as this is something that is so important in my role. We do this all day every day and this was a great refresher to reiterate and use the knowledge i had whilst giving me reassurance that the knowledge i will share in my teachings following this will be useful
