The training course was delivered in a calm way with practical advice. The X-ex exercise was done well making all participants feel comfortable.
Susan was great on what can be quite a difficult subject of something that is routine- note taking and record keeping. She put things into good perspective, making us discuss in groups and breakout rooms to gain different ideas and perspectives.
