I am completely new to the world of regulation, so this course has given me an invaluable foundation and a clear insight into the field. I have genuinely loved attending. Both trainers’ depth of knowledge is exceptional, and it has been a real privilege to learn from them. Their years of experience and expertise have made the learning experience! A huge thank you to both - the skills I've learnt are ones I truly believe will benefit me in all walks of life. Thank you :) The only reason I haven’t scored higher is because I’m conscious there’s still so much more to learn!

Excellent course and valuable for my role. Trainer, was engaging, welcoming and clearly a subject matter expert. Liked how he related it back to examples that we'd understand. Encouraging and gave useful and structured feedback.

Really enjoyed the course and would highly recommend. Jim was an excellent trainer and will definitely use his methods within my day-day working practice.
