Very good course, especially because I am a trainee. I felt very welcomed and supported from the outset.

Excellent trainer; Jim Sullivan. Knowledgeable and experienced and delivers training interactively so that the knowledge is cemented.

This will make case file preparation a much more clear and defined task. Jim broke everything down into really easy to understand information and regularly checked our understanding. He kept us engaged with interesting stories that will help us to remember certain elements of the training.

Jim was brilliant! Very informative & extremely helpful. He delivered each area of the course thoroughly and his knowledge is just exceptional. An intense course but Jim's stories made everything so much easier to understand the technical jargon.... Thanks Jim :-)

Excellent two day overview of a complex topic

Excellent course, well set up, and organised, material very clear and relevant.

Nick was really good at explaining and answering questions. Heavy two days of learning and difficult to concentrate in heat of South London but Nick managed to keep us engaged!
