Excellent course delivered in a calm manner with practice examples that allow me to understand the legal discussion and framework in practice. I liked the pace of the couse which maximised infromation sharing, it did not feel overwhelming. Many thanks

Simon is excellent and it was a really helpful course. Perhaps the course should be slightly longer and start at 9 am.

I was worried it would be too complicated if I had no prior experience, but Simon had simplified it excellently
This has enabled me to reflect and have time to think about my role and what I need to consider as a signatory and and a Best Interests Assessor. Very useful to do this course post AGNI and after a period of time from the judgement. Sue explained everything well, and I could understand.
