I have learnt lots of new skills to utilise in my report writing. Richard was fantastic!
I am very pleased and inspired by the BS lectures and the amount of information, which was delivered over a one-day-long course, in a manner made easy to remember. Also, the way the participants were brought together and involved, despite having different levels of experience and coming from different professional fields.
