Really enjoyed the course and learnt a lot

Very impressive - it was useful to see show COP 8/9 Caseworkers (Senior people) dealt with the demands of thinking "outside the box" of the material provided

Great training. Great lunch, help make us feel valued. Trainer was very knowledgeable and engaging.

More confident to raise observations rather than assume others are on the ball and already made correct decisions.

Overall interesting and very useful course to prepare for attending the tribunal to give evidence as a witness, especially around cross examination techniques used by lawyers and examples of ways to deal with difficult questions as a witness.

I need to read legislation more thoroughly

excellent course even if we are "up against it".

Great training, although very long — but this was necessary to cover everything in detail. It was nice to take a day to focus solely on CHC, and I really enjoyed the myth‑busting section. I do feel a little more confident to challenge in DSTs and argue for full CHC.
