This course and the trainer Rhoda, was exceptional. Professional Girl Crushing ! Such a wealth of knowledge, background and experience, which brought absolute credibility to the course and training. The delivery was well understood, well explained and pitched at a great level to officers who have had experience with disclosure and the process. The structure was very beneficial, with classroom sessions, syndicate exercises and videos. The first exercise felt a little overwhelming given the volume of pre read, trying to apply knowledge / understanding so quickly in a short space of time . The digital forensic strategy could have been included in the pre read also given it fed into the first exercise and it was such a lengthy document.

Sue had vast knowledge on the topic and was consistently providing opportunity for everyone to engage throughout the session. She answered every question she was asked by my colleagues and I and provided a great learning space.

Really informative - the trainer was happy to talk through real life considerations we are faced with as a provider without providing advice but offering different questions to support us in coming to our own realisation of issues we face. Supported myself and my team to feel confident in challenging professionals where we feel administrative backlogs external to our company are adding pressures.

It was a condensed course and therefore the information was extensive over a relatively short period. However, it was well presented and provided a lot of valuable information which will assist me in my duties on the case I am currently Deputy DO on.
