An interesting, engaging day with lots of opportunity to challenge ourselves whilst learning.

It was a great session. It flowed well and Neil kept us engaged. The breakout rooms worked really well, and it was really helpful that we kept changing groups meaning one person wasn't overpowering a group. I felt everyone was able to interact and everyone spoke during the session. It was good to hear a different perspective on complaints.
