Very informative, I would feel more at ease in attending a court hearing, as a result.

trainer (Catherine Brown) was warm, personable, and knowledgeable, and shared interesting and relevant anecdotes. She answered questions clearly, and her performance in the role play was helpful. lack of powerpoint slides was mostly good. wish i had kept more notes during the training.
