This was a great training session. Max delivered this really well. He explained in a way which was easy to understand and he encouraged discussion throughout. I feel much more confident now in the challenges and disputes as a local authority we need to pursue.

trainer (Catherine Brown) was warm, personable, and knowledgeable, and shared interesting and relevant anecdotes. She answered questions clearly, and her performance in the role play was helpful. lack of powerpoint slides was mostly good. wish i had kept more notes during the training.
