Richard set the scene, walked us through the assessment criteria and was open to questions through the day. His feedback on my report was useful in preparing it for the CUBS assessment. Also great to watch the other mock cross examinations and learn from this.
I have learned how to structure a report that stands up to cross examination. I have learned cross examination techniques. The detail discussed in training is very important and useful.
