Well delivered, engaging and personalised.

It was an excellent session - very engaging and lots of opportunity for smaller group work.

A good informative study day - the facilitator was a useful resource, being a practising midwife and also with her legal knowledge

A knowledgeable tutor and well delivered course, that maintained interest throughout the session. I scored this lower under course materials as few were used. I also recognise this was a condensed session, so we may not have experienced the full range of what is offered in a longer course.

Trainer excellent makes what is essentially a dull subject (sorry) in to something interesting and fascinating and dare I say it fun. Loved the excercises this really leans into my learning style

The listening exercise was a really great way to reinforce how difficult it can be to capture everything concisely and bullett points are very useful
