This was a great 1/7 course for anyone involved in expert report writing (Clinical Negligence; Personal Injury in my own case). Simon Jelf was an excellent facilitator - I learned lots on top of what I already knew…. Aside regarding admin, it would be useful to have received the Report Writing Book before the course commenced (was not linked on the Portal). Would also be useful to be provided with WORD documents for the separate Civil; Criminal; Family Proceedings templates as transcribing from the PDF Report Writing Book create our own templates is (unnecessarily) clunky and time-consuming.... as you have already offered permission for their reproduction....

Excellent course, this will definitely improve the quality of my report writing, i wish i had done the course earlier.

The instructor really cared and it came about in the way she spoke and the passion. We need more people like her who see her role not just a job but a responsibility to society . Too many missed opportunities have led to children being hurt .

Really enjoyed the course. Have found a real interest in the interviewing aspect, and will be pursuing further training with my line manager. Built up a good rapport with Phil and his training has inspired me to look into a career that involves interviewing on a more frequent basis.
