The course was relevant and good learning. One issue was a senior manager came into the safe learning environment without invite and then emailed the group with inappropriate comments and caused unwanted upset to the group.

The course was fast paced, l think it would be good if it can be set for approximately 2 weeks, for better understanding of the course.

The course was exceptionally detailed and comprehensive. The trainers delivered an excellent presentation with outstanding clarity and engagement from all participants. Their depth of knowledge was evident, and they provided valuable insights that made a significant impact. I really gained more knowledge on the course!
