I honestly did not know what to expect from the course. However, I was really pleased with the content shared, the presentation, the discussion and with John's engagement and use of regular breaks.

I really enjoyed the session and found it extremely helpful. Rita was highly knowledgeable and explained the subject very clearly. I would be interested in joining a follow‑up session to explore some of these topics in more depth, as well as to cover areas we didn’t have time for today, (such as discrimination, for example) and to gain a better understanding of how the tribunal process works in Portugal.

Fantastic course

Engaging approach to learning. Very receptive to questions and brought concepts to life with examples.

Writing reports is much more of a minefield than I realised! Having a framework for reports and a clear way of avoiding obvious mistakes is really helpful. The course was well set out with good examples. The cases caused a lot of discussion which was helpful. Both cases had lots of issues. Incusion of an example of a good report would have been helpful too to see how to do it well!
