It was a long course but the breaks helped to break it down into smaller chunks.

Very informative course, not totally relevant to my current role though

Faye is a lady who I admire and a great inspiration. Her knowledge, skills and experience shine through. Again, I have learnt so much and feel well equipped to go to court if asked. Paul was an excellent trainer - knowledgeable, engaging, interesting and effective at facilitating open conversations around how we communicate currently, and providing us practical information and scenarios to learn new techniques and styles.
