This was a good refresher for me. I learned different things in this training from the first time I attended, several years ago.

The activity at the end with protestors, was excellent.

Really good training, excellent presenter and really challenging exercises to embed the need for log keeping.

Further knowledge gained in interview training with advanced techiques learnt

Ren has done an amazing job at delivering the training session. The role playing exercise is was an excellent way to put what we have learnt in the first part of the course into action. Eye opening experience and will defiantly help me in my day to day job.

Enjoyable and gave hints and tips to make interviewing better.
