it was a good and interactive course. Found it very interesting and can apply it to my job on unit.

Tim is very clearly experienced and passionate on this subject. He kept what could potentially be quite a dry subject and made it interesting, relating it to real life scenarios and examples but also relating it to the RAF police specifically. There is a great balance between teaching and then practical elements. He delivered the course efficiently, and with patience, inviting questions and clear explanations to answers when questions were posed.

Very good course. It was interesting to put myself in the roll of a cross-examiner.

Was challenging to try and think of questions to ask someone on their witness statement. Was challenging to answer questions at times with fictional cases where you have not done the work so do not know the reasons for certain aspects. A refresh of the court room layout might have been useful on day one instead of just on day two.

Very useful section of the course. Found the role play highlighted all the major points from both the Expert Witness perspective and the Defense. How to prepare for court and the layout of the Crown Court was also very useful.

The course was excellent. Jim was very approachable and put me at ease. I thoroughly enjoyed the training.

Only marked down on relevance to my role given more general broad approach to all council teams rather than focus solely on noise but this was to be expected.

Good two day course from Jim. Provided a clear understanding of the principals and related it to the environment we work within. Good examples given and a good relaxed, positive atmosphere.
