I had completed the pilot just over a year ago, and this course is a marked approvement. Previously there was a big cross over with courtroom skills but that has now been removed and the course is much better for it. Trainer is very knowledgeable and is keen to share that knowledge and does so in a manner that is very easy to digest. The DS section could be longer to explain as I feel there is a gap in knowledge that I have noticed within my team. Not sure you require all of the pre-course reading. A case summery instead of the MG03, then the schedules, would probably be sufficient.

Richard (Jones) is an excellent training lead and kept the course moving at an appropriate pace. An expert in this field, I would have no hesitation in recommending the course and his training to anybody.
