Overall worthwhile but much of the content (e.g. How a capacity assessment should be conducted) was in the 'nice to know' rather than 'need to know' category

Many thanks to Fay for such a detailed and well delivered training day. Your approach was challenging, but rightly so and you explained everything extremely well. It was hugely beneficial to be able to observe each attendees role play, as I was able to learn a lot from each scenario.

I sat this course as part of the CUBS programme and have previously completed the report writing course. Today's training was excellent. Simon Jelf is an outstanding teacher. He is personable and approachable and brought a wealth of experience and insight to a complex subject area.

Be great to use in meetings for difficult conversations,
