Excellent course i have not rated my skills an knowledge higher not because of the content of the course but feel i have to consolidate the skills and knowledge i have learnt in practice and apply them to 'real life'

Such a useful and thought provoking course. Lots of really useful tips and ideas in how to deal with questions under pressure- I really need to practice this to avoid the feeling of personal attack. Richard was really engaging and kept me interested throughout the day- No mean feat! Highly recommend this course.

Excellent course, gained a much better understanding of courtroom procedure and cross-examination techniques. In particular, the use of a case study on which to be cross-examined on was a superb learning experience and very well pitched.

Very interesting course

I really enjoyed this course. Liane was engaging and made it very interesting (which I think is very difficult via teams) The exercises helped explain the points that were being explained. The last task in particular was brilliant, reviewing a witness statement and then watching a video of what actually happened. Really showed how important it is to be clear and describe happenings and situations properly.
