Really well-delivered and interactive session. The trainer used good anecdotes and analogies to explain difficult concepts.
Great course, some differences from processes in Scotland. However, felt that the course was largely applicable and could apply to my use area.

A really enjoyable course, expertly managed, that highlighted various important aspects of report writing and considerations required of the writer. It was run at a pace which enabled notes to be taken, without rushing and missing things. Hard ask.
