I really enjoyed that and I will be recommending it to my staff and lobby my employer to pay for it.
I thought the structure of the day was really clear and broke up the contents into relevant sections. I liked that we would break out and work on tasks as a team because it gives you a chance to think critically and apply what you have learnt, and you get to hear other people's perspectives.
Very good course so far. Rich is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions thoroughly. Pace was good, plenty of time to absorb information. The course material is also very good and full of information.
