Everything - there has been extensive insight into the theory behind, and practical aspects of, interviewing, its purpose and key issues to consider. The teaching experience has been fantastic in comparison to other courses I have been on. Jim has clearly underpinned the course with a clear grounding in core teaching principles. His style is methodical, but far from slow. The course is pitched correctly, clearly and methodically planned, and most importantly engaging and underpinned by his own professional experience. The combination of teaching approaches, the engagement and practicality of the course exercises, and the variety of recall and practice opportunities is really refreshing. Training was very informative and relative to my role

Good information given about the court and the systems. It was interesting to hear the areas that would be picked up by the lawyers.

Very impactful

Very good course and trainer, supported by engaging exercises. However, I was expecting 'Accident investigation course' rather than training on collecting evidence and interviewing suspects. It was still very useful though. Thank you.

excellent course - really interesting for use in work and in real life. one suggestion maybe have 2 x 10 min breaks rather than just the 1 x 15 min one

The course was delivered very well, it was insightful, with rich and in-depth content, but I would prefer to see more interaction with the attendees. It felt more like a lecture with very little engagement and personal input on the side of the delegates. But, in overall, I rate it highly.

Very good and excellent guidelines to get rapport and diffuse any difficult calls. A lot of information to take in so notes will be great to save for referencing
